Assisted stretching and fascial release in warm water. The water carries your weight, so the work reaches deep with almost no strain on your joints. You leave looser, lighter, and out of pain.
AquaStretch is a form of aquatic bodywork for pain and mobility. Held in warm water, it blends assisted stretching with fascial release, working through the connective tissue that holds tension and limits your range of motion. Because the water supports you, your practitioner can reach deep and move you freely without the strain that the same work would put on your joints on land. Most people leave with more range, less pain, and a settled nervous system.
Simple, guided, and led entirely by your body. You do not need to know anything or do anything but relax and let the water hold you.
You rest in the warm water as if lying in bed, with light ankle weights and your heels on a spa bench so your body can fully let go.
Your practitioner moves and stretches you through the whole body, following where the tissue wants to open, assisting only as needed.
Two things happen as tension lets go. A "pop" is a joint release. A "melt" is a fascial or soft-tissue release, the slow unwinding you feel spread through the body.
Time to come back slowly and drink water while the work integrates. You will feel it settle over the hours after.
Lucas, Marcus, and Naomi are a Las Vegas group of aquatic bodywork practitioners. They live and breathe this work, and they bring the same care to every session, whether it is your first time in the water or your fiftieth.
More practitioners means more hands working at once, so more of the body is covered and the release goes deeper in the same amount of time.
